These terms cover your use of this website (latentritual.com), the Latent apps, and website purchases made through Latent.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse Latent and share it freely. Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, breach its security, or scrape it abusively.

What belongs to whom

The Latent name, logo, writing, design, and software belong to Habib Saleh. Please don't copy or redistribute them without permission. Your photographs are entirely your own. Latent makes no claim to anything you create with it.

The apps

The Latent apps for Mac, iPad, and iPhone are licensed, not sold. App Store subscriptions and one-time purchases are billed by Apple and follow Apple's standard End User License Agreement and the App Store terms, alongside this policy.

Website purchases

Website purchases, including The Lab / OFX plugin, are processed by Paddle. Paddle may handle checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, receipts, and related billing support. The Lab is delivered digitally after purchase and licensed for use under the purchase terms shown at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds for website purchases follow our Refund Policy. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through Apple's own refund process.

Offered as-is

Latent is made with care but offered without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We can't promise the site or the app will always be available or free of error, and we are not liable for losses arising from their use beyond what the law requires.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the most recent version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
