Refund Policy

If a purchase from this website is not what you needed, we will refund it.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase. No questions asked. Write to us at [email protected], or use the link in your receipt, and you will receive a full refund.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle will send the refund to the original payment method, usually within 14 days of approving the request. You can also reach Paddle directly at paddle.net.

This policy applies to purchases made on latentritual.com, including The Lab’s DaVinci Resolve plugin. App Store purchases follow Apple’s refund process, not this page.

If something is wrong with the software itself, write to us anyway. We would rather fix it or refund it than leave you stuck.
