The moving-image print engine.
Develop a moving-image negative, print it, scan it, and carry it back — in one node inside your grade, or on the phone that shot it.
Source to delivery,
without leaving the grade.
The same negative-to-print engine as The Ritual and The Moment, carried through a Resolve timeline. Managed-timeline and camera-log input paths in, explicit delivery transforms out.

Film as behavior,
frame after frame.
Spectral negative response, the print and view path, scanner character, fall-off, halation, and animated photographic grain — the same continuous field The Ritual develops a still through, built for the timeline.

Your color pipeline,
respected.
A managed timeline or a camera-log source comes in; an explicit delivery transform goes out. The node renders the whole frame — halation, grain, and fall-off don’t stop at tile edges — and heavy texture is honest about the playback it costs.
The same Lab,
in the timeline or in your pocket.
In Resolve the engine takes a node inside your grade. On iPhone the whole lab travels: a cinema negative caught frame by frame, a room to cut and score it, the same colour, and a master that agrees with what you watched.
Every frame it catches is a negative of its own — a roll is a folder of numbered photographs, not a video file.
There is no second Latent.
The Lab runs the exact spectral nodes the apps run — deliberately, there is no simplified approximation of them anywhere. A negative developed in Resolve, one developed on the phone, and one developed in The Ritual pass through the same emulsion, the same print, the same scanner. The look cannot drift.
In development, honestly.
The Lab is in active development. The phone app arrives through the App Store; the Resolve plugin as a signed installer, and that one is further out. The waitlist gets the word when each is ready — and nothing is sold before it is real.
